We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom, including:

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, our team carefully prepares your rug for dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being handed to our delivery partner.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing your order and a dispatch/tracking notification once your rug has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times are:

Processing: 1–3 business days
UK Delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weekends, bank holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Remote and certain locations may require additional delivery time.

There are no standard delivery charges for Crown Heritage rugs delivered within the United Kingdom.

UK Delivery: FREE

The applicable delivery charge, if any, will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a tracking number by email or other provided contact method.

Use the tracking information to follow your parcel's progress until it reaches you.

If you haven't received tracking information within the expected dispatch period, please contact our customer service team.

Preparing for Your Delivery

Rugs are carefully packaged to help protect them during transit.

When your rug arrives:

  1. Carefully remove the outer packaging.

  2. Unroll the rug on a clean, dry surface.

  3. Allow the rug to settle naturally after unpacking.

  4. Minor creasing from packaging may disappear naturally over time.

For best results, follow any care instructions supplied with your rug.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
