About Crown Heritage

At Crown Heritage, we believe the right rug can transform a space.

With a background in the rug wholesale trade, we have built our experience around understanding quality, design, and what makes a rug right for a home. After years of working within the wholesale side of the industry, we are now bringing that experience directly to customers through our retail and B2C store in the UK.

We offer a carefully selected collection of timeless, traditional, vintage, neutral, and contemporary rugs, designed to bring warmth, character, and style into your home.

Our Customers Come First

Our move into retail is built around one simple goal: customer satisfaction.

We want every Crown Heritage customer in the UK to have a straightforward and enjoyable experience — from choosing the right rug to receiving it at home. We focus on carefully selected designs, clear product information, and responsive customer service.

Our Philosophy

Timeless Design. Simple Living.

We focus on rugs that are beautiful, versatile, and easy to make part of your home.

Our experience in wholesale has helped shape the way we select our collections, while our retail approach allows us to build a direct relationship with the people who bring our rugs into their homes.

Welcome to Crown Heritage

We are proud to bring our experience from the wholesale trade to the UK retail market and look forward to becoming part of homes across the UK.
